Hello
I'm Sneha Shyam

Behavioral Scientist | People, Decisions, Design

I’m drawn to the why of what people do. The small choices, the big decisions, and the patterns in between. I follow that curiosity to solve challenges, spark conversations, or simply understand things better. When I’m not deep in thought, I’m likely sipping tea, watching a good film, or just looking at trees and letting my mind breathe.

About Me

Sneha Shyam is a curious mind, determined spirit and empath at heart.

As a Behavioral Scientist, I apply behavioral science principles to understand decision-making and enhance user experiences. My work involves delving into research, identifying cognitive barriers, and uncovering insights that help create meaningful, ethical, and sustainable solutions. I bring a behavioral science lens to UX research, focusing on uncovering cognitive barriers and decision-making patterns to enhance user experiences in a meaningful way.
And when I’m off the clock, I’m just another human falling for the very same biases I study. (Caught red-handed!)
